It ran the year 55, when the national industry of agricultural machinery was born, copying imported models. In those times, Enrique Bertini began to act as a designer in an agricultural implement leader company in Rosario. And it was in those years when it was necessary to develop, test, and adapt the implements to the national agriculture`s necessities and modalities.

      So it arrives the year 1972. With the won experience and new ideas, engineer Enrique Bertini began a small company dedicated to manufacture seeding machine parts, such as dosimeters, speed gear-boxes, seed and fertilizer hoppers. These implements, due to their quality, were quickly imposed and adopted by the most remarkable trade marks in seeding machines of the moment, obtaining important achievements in the seeding precision rates.

      But the need of getting a complete seeding machine that would perfectly adapt to all types of argentinian soils, made that in the year 1984, Bertini presented his first 8.500 seeding machine model. The machine obtained the prospective success. It was a drilling machine with fertilization under the row line, that improved the emergency levels, cut down seed and fertilizer costs, and obtained high yields. With an honest and tenacious profile, the product began to win its own market place, always having a big relying on top technology and constant investigation to be better.

      In the year 1988, Bertini presented in Palermo Show his first 9.000 direct drilling machine model, that is still remembered for its reinforced concrete weight bracket that made the penetration easier.

      The constants visits to the United States to get acquainted with the new technology and later deep studies, were the 10.000 model launching antecedents in 1991. It is both a direct and conventional drilling machine, with metering system featuring 3 Bertini 81-speed gearboxes, pneumatic system to plant grain by grain, variable row distance of 35, 52 and 70 centimetres (13.78; 20.47 and 177.80 inches respectively) for corn, sunflower, soya, sorghum, peanut, etc. A perfect seeding machine for modern agriculture that prepares seed bed, places the fertilizers and seeds in the row line, and it also fertilizes between the row line, making the whole work in only one passing.

      In 1996 and 1997, the company presented a last technological generation planter for big grains, resulted from several investigations in U.S. and Europe, and adapted to our producers demands.

      In a world that has overcome the national frontiers, the company searches new markets with the last techonology in its seeding machines and with a recognised trajectory in the country.
